Feels very safe and the facilities and rooms are very nice and clean.

Check in and out is a bit more complicated than your average hotel but it’s worth it for the other benefits

The location was good and facilities were clean,the staff was nice and it was a very easy process to check in and check out

Pillows were very thin and there was no way to ask for more. There were no pans or pots so it was impossible to use the grill or stove

Location and everything was clearly just new. Room was really fantastic!

There are no pots and pans in the kitchen, but also no possibility to wash anything. While there is a kitchen with plates, cups and cutlery. This was not very clear in the advertisement.

everything from the location to the utilities, the service, the staff, have proven very smooth. I have stayed there for four weeks and never once found myself in an unpleasant situation. I would urge students who are looking for a space to make their own in Bath, to go for this accomodation, blindly! cannot wait to visit again
